About the Author |
Wellington Watts grew up in a pastor's home. His Christian heritage includes several generations of ministers on both his mother and father's sides of the family. In Canada his great-grandparents were Wesleyan Methodists. Their farm was about two miles out of Winchester, Ontario. A Rev. Shea was pastor of the Winchester Church for 25 years. Some of the Shea boys worked on his great-grandfather’s farm. His father's Aunt Inda babysat George on many occasions. Later George would grow up and be known to the world as George Beverly Shea of the Billy Graham Crusades.
